Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just search or browse the categories of the HobbithunterBookshop and select the items that you wish to purchase by simply clicking on the “Add to cart” link.

When your selection is completed, click on the “Checkout” link and you will be asked for additional information that I need to fulfil your request.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION:
When you order more than one book, the program adds the shipping costs. In the case of multiple purchases, shipping is only charged once! Shipping paid twice will be refunded as soon as possible!

Please read these conditions (dated July 19 2011) carefully before ordering any products from the HobbithunterBookshop website. You should understand that by ordering any products from the website you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Prices and Discounts:

All prices are quoted in EURO’s. Only shipping fee is added to each item; no extra costs are to be charged. If you order more than one item, shipment will be combined. If combined shipment is cheaper, you will get a refund.

Privacy Policy

Cookies: I use cookies to identify your basket while you are visiting my site. Your browser should automatically delete the cookie shortly after you leave my site.

Your registration details: Your registration details are stored on my secure server. You have the possibility to access and amend them for future orders.

About Security: I collect and store the email addresses of customers who order from me. I do not, however, make those email addresses available to any third parties.

All orders are subject to acceptance by me and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the “Confirmation”). There will be no contract of any kind between you and me unless and until you receive a Confirmation.

Returns

It is the policy of HobbithunterBookshop to deliver its orders in the condition specified on the website.
Where orders delivered differ in condition from that specified, I request the return of the item and a refund will be given. Returns can be affected up to 14 days from order delivery.

Prices and Payment:

The prices for any goods ordered through this site will be as quoted on my site, except in the case of obvious errors. These prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment: I only accept payment with Paypal or Bank.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

If you receive a faulty product, you should contact me to arrange for the return of the item. I will replace the item or refund you for its cost as instructed. This cancellation, returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

My Liability and Disclaimer:

I confirm that the products featured on the HobbithunterBookshop website are of suitable quality and are provided in good faith.

My liability in connection with any Product is strictly limited to the purchase price. I further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, however caused, even if foreseeable.

Amendments:

I may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting revised terms and conditions on the site, which shall apply to all orders placed after such date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Contracts for the purchase of Products through this site will be governed by Dutch Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.

Orders

While HobbithunterBookshop does its utmost to have an accurate and updated website, instances might occur where items in stock are double ordered. In such cases the order that came in first will be given the book while the second order placed will be given a refund if the book is out of stock and has already been paid for online.

Deliveries and Shipping:

Orders placed will be processed by the first working day following the order. Deliveries will be scheduled at as early a date as possible.

Books that are too large to fit into your letterbox, will be sent as a packet.
Packets in The Netherlands up to 10.000 grams; outside of The Netherlands up to 2.000 grams.

Shipment by PostNL, all rates are in EURO’s.

Did you order more than one book? The site counts shipping costs per book. The books are shipped together and any excess you may have paid will be refunded to you.

Custom charges
As a buyer, you are responsible for possible customs and import duties.
Hobbithunter Bookshop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
