WELCOME AT HOBBITHUNTER BOOKSHOP!

Since many a year I collect books by and on J.R.R. Tolkien (for my collection of more than 900 Hobbits in or from  94 languages / countries, see my Hobbit Collection Website). In those years I collected more than 2.000 duplicates. They are now for sale.

Not all my double copies are on the site. So, if you are looking for a specific book and you do not find it on this site, please contact me; maybe I can help you.

All my books are second hand, but they are in good shape, unless otherwise described. And, if you are not satisfied and have a problem with your purchase, I will do my utmost to solve that problem.

Each year you can find me on the bookmarket in Zwolle (eastern part of the Netherlands, first Sunday in June).  You can also meet me at Die Tolkien Tage in Geldern (Germany).

Special offers: For example: a set of three books of the first translation worldwide of The Lord of the Rings: the Dutch translation 1956-57, with dust jackets!
Only 3.000 copies were printed, which makes this translation even more rare than the original English first printing!
